Answers: How much does a seat cost?
The cost for an MMI seat varies depending on the total number of seats on your contract as well as what type of plan you subscribe to. We highly advise taking a demo so that afterwards an account executive can provide you with a custom quote based on your specific situation.
Answers: Do I need an NMLS ID to have a user account?
Individual users will need to provide a valid NMLS ID upon sign up. Enterprise customers, however, are able to provide seats to as many of their team members as needed.
Answers: Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Individual users are able to subscribe to MMI on a month-to-month basis without any long-term contracts.
